I would like to inform you of the service we received on our recent purchase 2-15-14. Annette Palombo greeted us with professionalism and directed us to the area(s) where we would find the best mattresses we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and did NOT rush through the process or use Double Talk like a used car salesman would. She is a very kind lady. We were very surprised and impressed and were expecting sharks and hassles. Annette also spoke about pillows and had us try a few. I must say she was right on with her recommendation. Wished the price of the pillows weren't so high, but I guess you get what you pay for right? The bed was delivered when promised by workers that were professional and caring.
So far the bed is very comfortable and we hope in 90 days it stays the same. We would definitely recommend City Mattress again and would use them again if needed.
